Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rise n' Shine Agri Hi-Tech LLP is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given period. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. However postal service does not accepts some items like liquid, tools etc.

Rise n' Shine Agri Hi-Tech LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Right now we deliver products in Pune and Mumbai but if customer order is in bulk then we will deliver products all over India.

How the delivery charge is calculated?

Shipping charge of Rs.65 for each order.
If your order is in bulk then delivery charge is calculate depend on number of plants and distance.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most of the orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

However, there are few products, which have made to order type and will need a period of about 15 days for the delivery .The it shall be notified to you .We will make sure, that we will do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible. If you have any issues with regards to the delivery of the order please send an email. We prefer email communication as compared to a phone communication.

What if the product received is in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-20-66785700 or email us nurserysales@risenshine.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, Please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damage Products mentioning your Order Id.

Can I track my order ?

Yes, you can track the order by logging in the My Account section. After we ship the item, a tracking Id will be provided to you and you may check the shipment status at our shipping Partner's Website.
